• A Private Message Board:  This will be your vehicle for personal, one on one communication with me.  As soon as you join, you'll get a username and password for a private board where you can post questions, answers to your assignments, and upload files, etc.  You and I (and my customer service team) are the only ones who'll have access. 
   

• Feedback on Assignments:  When you first log in, you'll see a set of 5 questions to get you started.  Answer them, describe your goals, and I'll give you a specific set of prioritized next steps.  As you post your progress you'll get direct feedback from me so we can keep things moving forward.   Last, although I encourage accountability, I also understand people have different amounts of time available, so we'll work entirely at your pace.   (Note: the assignments will usually mirror the appropriate steps in the hyper responsive club).

Moreover, when people have ONE opportunity to get the right feedback and direction each week, they very carefully think through their issues and priorities.  The process of putting this in writing is, in and of itself, extremely beneficial.  Many people tell me they get business changing insights before they've even posted!

In fact, besides the fact that email is unreliable, the reason I do the coaching through a once a week board is because I want both of us to take your posts very, very seriously.  (People treat email too casually... bam bam boom, type-type-type-reply and you're done.  That's no way to treat a BUSINESS)

• While I promise to give you the full force of my expertise and attention, I can't guarantee your success because it's related to many factors beyond my control.    We both know that, but by making payment below you're agreeing to hold me harmless for any results related to this service.

• Because I can't get my time back, there are NO REFUNDS for this service.  So if you don't know me well enough yet to determine if personal access is worth the price, then this probably isn't for you.

• This is not a long term contract.  We both have the right to stop at any time, for any reason.  That's important because I know from extensive experience, personal coaching needs to be just the right fit for both parties or it doesn't work.  

• Maybe this doesn't really need to be said, but some people have had the wrong idea in the past so I've got to put it in print... what I'm offering is business coaching, not psychological counseling or treatment (even though I'm a licensed psychologist).     

• This service does not include emails, instant chats, etc.  What you get is a Private Coaching Board where you can ask me anything you like, once per week, and I'll answer within 24 hours if you post Sunday thru Thursday.  (Posts uploaded on Fridays and Saturdays will be answered on Monday).  The Gold and Platinum options also include telephone time.

• The coaching board is for serious students ready to make things happen (only).   So in order to motivate both of us to REALLY make things work... you only get to join once.  Which means once you join, I'll work as hard as I can to get you through the rough spots, and you'll work as hard as you can to succeed.  But either we work well together or we don't ... either we're going to do this or we aren't... we won't waste your money or time with a "revolving door" like so many other coaching programs. • My strategies don't pay off right away.  They're about building an extremely solid foundation for the long run of your business.  So you may not get your investment back in the first 30 days, in fact, unless you've already got a very profitable machine running, you probably won't.  It takes time to do the research, formulate the right strategy, and implement the plans.  Are you prepared to make the investment?

• If you're a total beginner, it's usually better if you join the hyper responsive club for a month or so first, so you'll be more familiar with my philosophies and methods, and we can start off on the same page.  Would the club be better for you?  (This is NOT a 100% rule, but something worth considering before you come on board with me as a coaching student)

• If the coaching fees will leave you without enough money to spend on advertising, then we might be defeating ourselves before we get out of the gate.  Are you leaving yourself enough money to pay for advertising?

• Are you 100% willing to work in this format?:  I don't restrict the length of people's scheduled posts, so you're welcome to ask for feedback on all your most important issues (within reason)... and in fact I WANT you to!  On the other hand, I AM very strict about limiting communication to the agreed upon frequency and don't respond to requests for clarification, etc. until the next scheduled post.  Without this agreed upon structure I find I'm unable to give each person the full attention their post deserves.  Now... most people are very satisfied with the interchange and find it more than sufficient to make progress... but it's decidedly not for everyone.  (Please consider this carefully before joining)

• Are you already making sales online?  Those already making sales invariably see a faster return on investment.  Notwithstanding the above, my systems ARE suited extremely well to help people build a business the RIGHT way from the start.  So as long as you understand it'll take more time to make profits for brand new projects, I'm very open to working with you on them...
